Add SPEEDRUN mode, improve sleep timing

Add a SPEEDRUN define which, if set, will run wlsunset at 200x
super-realtime to aid testing.

Sleep timing calculations were approximated and often off. These have
been adjusted from testing using the SPEEDRUN feature.
