Add initial integration test to CI
...
The integration test spins up a headless sway, and wayvnc, and exercises
a handful of wayvncctl commands to ensure both wayvnc and wayvncctl
retain basic functionality.

Remove 'help' command and clean up help output
...
The redundant "help" command is now hidden from the wayvncctl UI.
This also moves event description help text to:
wayvncctl event-receive --show=<event-name>
