Remove 'help' command and clean up help output
...
The redundant "help" command is now hidden from the wayvncctl UI.
This also moves event description help text to:
wayvncctl event-receive --show=<event-name>

Handle all wayvncctl help commands locally

This means that wayvncctl can now provide full descriptions of all
commands and events without wayvnc running.
