feat(authorization): domain regex match with named groups (#2789)
This adds an option to match domains by regex including two special named matching groups. User matches the username of the user, and Group matches the groups a user is a member of. These are both case-insensitive and you can see examples in the docs.

feature(oidc): add support for OpenID Connect
OpenID connect has become a standard when it comes to authentication and
in order to fix a security concern around forwarding authentication and authorization information
it has been decided to add support for it.

This feature is in beta version and only enabled when there is a configuration for it.
Before enabling it in production, please consider that it's in beta with potential bugs and that there
are several production critical features still missing such as all OIDC related data is stored in
configuration or memory. This means you are potentially going to experience issues with HA
deployments, or when restarting a single instance specifically related to OIDC.

We are still working on adding the remaining set of features before making it GA as soon as possible.

fix(validator): misleading warning for empty acl domains (#1898)
This fixes misleading errors for ACL rules with an empty list of domains. This also enables admins to have a default policy with zero ACL rules as long as the default policy is not deny or bypass. It also adds a rule number to all ACL rule related log messages which is the position in the YAML list plus 1. Lastly it adds comprehensive per rule HIT/MISS logging when Authelia trace logging is enabled. This trace logging includes the rule number.

fix(handlers): refresh user details on all domains (#1642)
* fix(handlers): refresh user details on all domains

* previously sessions only got checked for updated details if the domain had group subjects attached
* this meant disabled or deleted accounts did not get detected until the session expired or the user visited a domain protected by a group subject
* this patch fixes this issue and simplifies some logic surrounding the check

* add tests

simplify IsStringSlicesDifferent so it only iterates once

* add another test for IsStringSlicesDifferent

[BUGFIX] Skip 2FA step if no ACL rule is two_factor (#684)
When no rule is set to two_factor in ACL configuration, 2FA is
considered disabled. Therefore, when a user cannot be redirected
correctly because no target URL is provided or the URL is unsafe,
the user is either redirected to the default URL or to the
'already authenticated' view instead of the second factor view.

Fixes #683

[FIX] Redirect to default URL after 1FA when default policy is one_factor. (#611)
* Redirect to default URL after 1FA when default policy is one_factor.

User is now redirected to the default redirection URL after 1FA if
the default policy is set to one_factor and there is no target URL
or if the target URL is unsafe.

Also, if the default policy is set to one_factor and the user is already
authenticated, if she visits the login portal, the 'already authenticated'
view is displayed with a logout button.

This fixes #581.
